An accomplished executive with a diversified background in the initiation, implementation and administration of worldwide corporate contribution and social investment programs, Judy is credited with integrating an organization’s philanthropic efforts with business goals and objectives. An innovator, leader, and effective team builder, Judy develops strategies that increase profits and enhance corporate image.

She has served as the lead strategist, senior executive or board member in multi-year corporate reorganization and revenue raising initiatives for several Fortune 100 and major non-profit organizations. Judy is frequently consulted to provide guidance and coaching to CEO’s and C-suite executives in positions of significant power and influence. Her experience, candor, and sensitivity to unique and challenging issues are areas of particular skill.

The former President of two major global foundations, Judy is the first African-American woman to become president of an international corporation’s philanthropic foundation. During the course of her career, she has impacted more than 20,000 non-profit charitable organizations. Prior to becoming an independent business operator, Judy held numerous senior level positions where she led major philanthropic initiatives, contributions budgets, and a national and global footprint.
