A former senior executive with two significant media, communications and entertainment companies, John advised leadership on a range of activities impacting operations and profits. In managing cable television franchise agreements, he oversaw compliance and reporting procedures relating to a $400 million restructuring, affecting 1.1 million customers in New York City.
